Work Packages & Implementation Methodology
The implementation of the project will take place within the framework of the following work packages:
WP 1. Development of methods and processes for the production of (nano)cellulose from ligno-cellulosic biomass and crude glycerol and its modification
WP 2. Reinforcement of adhesive resins with (nano)cellulose and manufacturing of standard composite wood boards
WP 3. Application of nanoprinting lithography for the production of composite wood products coated with hydrophobic and antimicrobial surfaces
WP 4. Techno-economic analysis, commercialisation and life cycle assessment (LCA)
